Postage Policy

Where we ship to 

We ship within Australia only. International shipping is currently not available.

Postage Costs

We offer flat-rate postage across Australia.

Standard postage -  $10 AUD

Express postage - $15 AUD

Postage costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

Postage Time Frame

All orders are processed within approximately 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date your order is placed.

Please note: If you select express postage this means your parcel will be sent via express post and does not mean it will be packaged sooner than the processing time frame stated above.

If there is an unforeseen delay in the processing of your order, we will notify you via email where possible.

Postage Provider

All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Once your order has been dispatched, You will receive a tracking number directly to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow time for tracking information to update in the Australia Post system.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and Australia Post network conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, weather events or other factors outside of our control.

We are unable to redirect orders once dispatched if you have entered the wrong delivery address.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available if selected at checkout.

If you choose Local Pickup, please email phillippa@phillippafarah.au to arrange a suitable pickup time.

Pickup location is West Ryde NSW

Pickup times are by appointment only.

Orders are not available for collection until you receive a collection confirmation via an email from us.

Address Details

Please ensure all details are correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

Once your order has been lodged with Australia Post, responsibility for delivery rests with them.

If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, we recommend contacting Australia Post directly using your tracking number. We are happy to assist where possible, but we cannot guarantee outcomes for postagee issues beyond our control.
